Examples of index/basic strategy generation based on sampling for SP21

Examples of manual sampling based index generation for SP21:

Notice that that from BJStrike Version 4.0, index generation based
on sampling can be directly invoked from the GUI Index
Generation window without the need for manually modifying
strategy files for most of the strategy decisions. The examples
here describe the more complicated procedure using manual
modifications of strategy files for entering index hands, which is
needed only in more complicated strategies. This procedure may
be required for certain composition dependent and number- of-cards
in-hand dependent index generation.
In addition to sampling based index generation regular index
generation is supported in BJStrike for SP21 from Version 4.0.


1. To analyze:
11 vs 10 when three cards drawn:  DOUBLE vs. HIT
